NewGen Health Inc. ("NewGen Health," "we," "us") operates newgenhealth.io. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
We Do Not Collect Health Information
NewGen Health does not currently collect, store, or process personal health information through this website. We do not offer a health assessment, symptom questionnaire, or any diagnostic or monitoring service to the public. Our products are in development and are not available for use. Please do not send us medical records, test results, or details about your health through this site.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us, specifically when you:

- Join our newsletter or waitlist
The information collected is limited to what you enter, typically your name, email address, and any message you write. You control what you include.
Information Collected Automatically
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosting services, Vercel automatically logs basic technical information when you visit, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the site you arrived from. This information is used to operate and secure the website and to understand general traffic patterns. We do not use it to identify you personally.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Send you updates you have asked to receive
- Maintain a waitlist of people who want to be notified about our progress
- Operate, secure, and improve the performance of our website

By submitting our contact form or signing up for our newsletter or waitlist, you consent to us contacting you at the email address you provide. Every email we send identifies NewGen Health Inc., includes our mailing address, and offers a way to unsubscribe. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any message or writing to kidney@newgenhealth.ca, and we will stop sending you communications.
Service Providers and Information Stored Outside Canada
We rely on third party service providers for website hosting and email. These providers may store or process information on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held in another country is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts and government authorities. We select providers that offer a comparable level of protection to what is required under Canadian law.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of the exchange. We keep newsletter and waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Automatically collected technical logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period under their standard practices.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to those who need it. No method of transmitting information over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Under PIPEDA you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct it if it is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it. Write to kidney@newgenhealth.ca and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the United States or elsewhere, you may contact us with the same requests and we will handle them the same way.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our products and services develop. The last-updated date at the top will change when we do, and material changes will be noted on this page.
